ULTIMATE WEAPONS

So, you want to get the ultimate weapons? Are you mentally prepared for the long and dark journey ahead of you? Can you take the pressure? Can you take the frustration? Can you survive?!?

No, really. It's not easy to get these things and you should prepare yourself. The Ultima weapons are really cool, but are really hard to get, but they're not the hardest things to acquire in the game. If you want to beat some of the other bosses, particularly Sephiroth or the Phantom, you'll be very happy you went through the trouble.

Sora's Ultimate Weapon: Ultima Weapon.

How: To even get the option to get this weapon, you need to go to the Moogle Item Sythesis shop and make all 24 items there. For more info, go to the Synthesis section. After you have done all 24 items, you will get the 25th one which is the Ultima Weapon. Here are the shard requirements:

Lucid Gem (x5)
Power Gem (x5)
Thunder Gem (x5)
Mystery Goo (x3)
Gale (x3)

These items are all dropped by these different enemies::

Lucid Gem:
flying enemies from Halloween Town (Gargoyle)
mummies from Halloween Town (Wight Knights)

Power Gem:
flying enemies from Neverland (Air Pirate)
the ships in the air from Neverland (Battleship)
the sword pirates from Neverland (Pirate)

Thunder Gem:
the tornado harppon guys from Atlantica (Screwdriver)
the FAT fish from Atlantica (Aquatank)

Mystery Goo: (refer to Mushroom Guide.)
white musrooms
jumping mushrooms
black mushrooms

Gale:
the winged enemies in Final Rest (Angel Star)
the winged sword enemy in Final Rest (Invisible)

Donald's Ultimate Weapon: Save the Queen.

How: You need to defeat the Hades Cup with just Sora. This isn't as difficult as it seems. Refer to the Coliseum guide.

Goofy's Ultimate Weapon: Save the King

How: This is harder, you need to beat the Hades Cup in under 20 minutes. This actually the hardest to do. Again, refer to the Coliseum guide on the how-to's
