WONDERLAND
Wonderland's Heartless aren't particularly new. Rather they draw on Heartless from Traverse Town, and later Hollow Bastion.
RED NOCTURNE

Defense: Being small and very fast, flying Heartless, they can dodge your attacks quickly or fly high into the air and be nearly unreachable.
Strategy: As fire elementals, use Blizzard to take care of them. It will sometimes stun them so you can run up and attack. Jump attacks will work well if used with target lock. Hit their fireballs back at them for Tech Points.
BLUE RHAPSODY

Defense: They are the same as Red Nocturnes, being fast and agile in the air. They will sometimes 'jump' back right as you're attacking.
Strategy: They are ice elementals, so counter these with Fire spells. Target lock and air combos will help here. They're dodgier than Red Nocturnes, so beware.
OLYMPUS COLISEUM
The world of Hercules has a Heartless that is similar to Red Nocturnes and Blue Rhapsodies. Instead of making an entirely new section, here it is.

Defense: These agile air Heartless are just a little stronger and smarter than their red and blue cousins. They will often fly high up and shoot Thunder down.
Strategy: Don't stand around too long, since you'll see yellow balls of lightning appear overhead and shoot down Thunder spells at you if you do. Wait until they come down to fight, and then air combo them out of your way.
