Hades Cup
After you get through Hollow Bastion then this tournament will automatically show up. You should go here. Not only is it the best place to level up but you can also get lots of items and also some story bits here. You have to go and defeat this in order to get to the other two cups and also to get Donald and Goofy's ultimate weapons.
Complete all 50: Genji Shield after defeating Yuffie, Lionheart after defeating Leon and Cloud, Blizzard Spell upgrade after Behemoth, Thunder Spell upgrade after Cerberus
Complete all 50 with just Sora: Save the Queen.
Complete all 50 under 20 minutes: Save the King.
Strategy: The question isn't how to kill them, but how the hell to get through 50 battles in 20 minutes? If you mess up you have to start all over, and it's a bit tough. First of all, this really shouldn't be attempted if your levels aren't 85 and above, for the simple reason that you need to get in lot of one hit kills. It also helps to equip a Keyblade that can do critical blows, the best, of course, is the Ultima weapon. You could also probably pull it off with the Oblivion but your levels should be higher. The strategy I like to use the most for normal mob battles is to not attack initially, rather, to run into the enemy and get them to surround you and then use the Vortex technique. This will kill a lot of the lower grade Heartless.
Now, how do you kill the bosses? The hardest on in this whole thing is probably Cloud and Leon, but the battles that takes the most time are Hades and the Rock Titan. You have to get past a Behemoth and Cerberus as well.
Cloud and Leon: To defeat these two you need to master the Triangle button technique. Lock onto Leon initially and press Triangle twice to send Donald and Goofy to keep him busy. Then focus completely on Cloud. His attacks can do the most damage if you're not looking. After you whup him, finish Leon, as your buddies will have already taken off most of his HP.
Hades: The best thing to do with him is simply practice. He's not a typical enemy and you need to learn how he moves. Make sure to have all the combo abilities on. When Hades is red you have to dodge roll behind him and attack him and keep hitting him, eventually he'll calm down. Practice moving when Hades has the fire arms that can really waste your time if you don't kill him quickly.
Rock Titan: Just smash. But you need to get all the way to the head and in between them. First hit his legs, and then jump all the way to the heads. Stay in the middle and smack him and don't fall off. When he gets up he'll try to knock you off by head-bashing you, but if you keep smacking him you can block it. That way you won't waste time hitting the feet and jumping.
Behemoth: Climb his back and smack that horn. You gotta do this fast, so using Gravity might help to get ride of a lot of that HP. Be sure to lock onto it and use Triangle so that Donald and Goofy can help you out.
Cerberus: At this point, you don't need to worry about the damage that Cerberus will give you. Just cast Aero and jump and hit. You can take the damage, and you need to get this battle over as fast as possible.
Final Note: Leave yourself around 4 minutes at least for the last 10 battles. You'll need almost 2 minutes for Hades and 1 minute for the Rock Titan. Good luck.
